Filson, Seattle | Heliotrope Architects

Filson Flagship, located in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood, includes a retail store, manufacturing facility, and corporate offices. We were tasked with building out a new retail space to match the ethos and quality of this over 100-year-old Pacific Northwest outdoor clothing company with a reputation for creating products build to last, made in the U.S., and guaranteed for life. Custom casework, a free-standing timber structure, and a wood burning fireplace made of blackened steel and brick are among the custom features we built. Photos: Lara Swimmer
