Cortina, by Ethan Stowell Restaurants. Located in the Two Union Tower in downtown Seattle, this 8,000 square-foot restaurant features a material palette of white oak wood, gray granite, tan leather, and accents of brass and blackened steel. 64-foot-long bar fabricated by Dovetail’s wood shop.
