2022 Year in Review


2022 brought a host of new and exciting projects. Houses, adaptive reuse, retail, and more. We’re deeply grateful for our clients and architects and the trust they invents in us. We are also incredibly appreciative of our talented team - artists and craftspeople all of them. Below, check out some of the work we completed last year. Cascade Residence: Heliotrope Architects

New residence that that opens up to a secluded forest beyond.

New island residence with solar array and water reclamation.


The Boylston Garage Building: Graham Baba Architects

Adaptive Reuse of a historic 1921 building housing a former automotive garage. The 15,000 square-foot building consists of unreinforced masonry, which required full seismic, structural, systems, and windows upgrades.


LIKELIHOOD: Heliotrope Architects

New sneaker store next to the Spheres, complete with “stadium” display, cloud lighting, and custom metal work.


Forest Pavilion: Signal Architecture

New residence in the foothills of the Cascades with window-walls that open to the surrounding forest.
