2021 Year in Review

Even though it was another challenging year operating in a health crisis, we are fortunate to arrive at this new beginning with a host of beautiful projects and a more resilient and robust team. We harbor deep gratitude for all our relationships and teammates who bring this exceptional work to fruition. Each year we take stock and review our wins and completed projects. Read on to see a selection of the work we built last year. Cheers to 2022, and leaning toward the light, the land, and the craft.

Fauntleroy Beach House: Heliotrope Architects

The Fauntleroy Beach House is build for life on the water with a courtyard and outdoor BBQ on one side and the beach and Olympics on the other. With double sets of sliding glass windows that open to the courtyard or the sea, this house transforms from an enclosure to a canopy depending on the season and the breeze. (photo: Kevin Scott)

Scout Lake: Stephenson Collective

Scout Lake garners its name from a former Boy Scout Camp, located where the house now sits. Made of board formed concrete, cedar, and glass, this home fully embraces the tree house-on-the-lake lifestyle. (photo: Kevin Scott)
