The Dovetail Wood Shop realizes custom designs with fine craftsmanship, considered materials, and attention to detail. We produce standalone commissions as well as casework packages for our custom homes and commercial projects. Our specialties include kitchens, doors, stairs, furniture, and more, utilizing a range of fabrication methods from CNC machining to traditional joinery.
Environmental sustainability is a core value. Our wood shop is FSC Certified to provide you with beautiful products from responsibly managed forests.
Collaboration and innovation are at the core of our working process. Our shop is gathering space for designers and architects to evolve designs, select materials, and review finishes. We build mock-ups and prototypes, and our shop provides engineering and shop drawings for your most artful designs. Results are enduring objects and spaces in which to live and play.
