Located in downtown Seattle, this 2,832-sqaure-foot restaurant occupies a corner of the Hotel Max. The centerpiece of the restaurant is the nine-foot-long blackened steel, wood-fired grill and open kitchen. Black walnut tables, blackened steel accents, and custom steel lighting further reflect the emphasis on craft. A custom walnut table pivots on an inlaid steel track, allowing the space to morph as needed. Photos: Lara Swimmer.
